Ed Carlson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the areas of fixed operations, service, and parts management. Ed currently holds the position of Corporate Fixed Operations Director at Napleton Auto Group since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Service and Parts Director at Napleton Mazda of Naperville from October 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Napleton Auto Group, Carlson worked at Continental Mazda for over a decade, starting as a Parts Manager from August 2009 to June 2013 and later becoming the Service & Parts Director from June 2013 to October 2020. Ed began their automotive career at Continental Motors of Naperville in 1996, where they held the role of Assistant Parts Manager for over 12 years until August 2009.
Ed Carlson attended College of DuPage from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Applied Science with a field of study in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Ed then enrolled at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2002, majoring in Applied Science. No degree name is specified for their time at Southern Illinois University.
