Rob Ortiz is an experienced automotive technician with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Shop Foreman and Volvo technician at Napleton Auto Group since January 2020, Rob previously held the role of Mercedes Benz Technician at Fletcher Jones Chicago from June 2017. Rob has also worked as an Equipment Specialist at Snap-on Tools and as an expert Volvo technician at Napleton Auto Group between 2002 and 2016. Early career experience includes work as an Automotive Technician at Smith Chevrolet from 1994 to 2002. Rob Ortiz holds an ASE Master Technician certification and has completed studies at Ivy Tech Community College and Hammond Area Career Center.
