Chris Springer

Chris Springer is an Operating Partner in private equity, specializing in helping portfolio company CEOs navigate the private equity model while developing and executing value creation plans. They served as an Operating Partner for Specialty Industrials at Alliance Holdings from 2009 to 2018, where they focused on strategy and growth within portfolio companies. Prior to this, Chris held various roles at Lockheed Martin, The Dow Chemical Company, and Rohm and Haas, ultimately becoming a Global Marketing Director. Currently, they are an Executive Partner at Edgewater Capital Partners and serve as Board Chairman at Naprotek Inc., while pursuing advanced degrees at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Georgetown University. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bucknell University.
