James Wayne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James founded Indian Statesman in 2023 and currently holds the position of Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Napster as a Senior Vice President, where they specialized in blockchain implementations for financial services and supply chain domains. James also provided DLT architecture consulting for healthcare startups and conducted executive and technical training for organizations. James Wayne served as a Resource Manager at MACRO from 2011, handling the entire employee lifecycle and focusing on organizational growth. Before that, they worked at Sogeti Group as a Program Manager, where they gained experience in project management, team leadership, business analysis, and development in various industries. James also played a significant role in integrating newly acquired banks into SunTrust Bank's system. Furthermore, James Wayne worked as a Peoplesoft Developer at Capita Property and Infrastructure, being responsible for guiding the team through the transition to a single SAP HCM Solution.
James Wayne has a Master's Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from East Carolina University, obtained between 2009 and 2010. James also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from George Mason University, obtained between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, obtained between 2000 and 2004. James Wayne is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2008.
