Declan Duffy

Declan Duffy is a Trainee Solicitor at Napthens LLP, having commenced this role in February 2022 after previously serving as a Legal Assistant at the same firm from September 2015 to September 2017. In the Plot Sales department, Declan contributed to the preparation and drafting of legal documents, organizing team facilities, enhancing IT systems, managing file closures, and facilitating communication among involved parties. Declan's educational background includes pursuing a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The University of Law, and earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Liverpool. Additionally, Declan completed a CILEx Apprenticeship in Legal Services at Manchester Metropolitan University and has foundational education including A-Levels and GCSEs from various institutions.
