Jon Esner

Jon Esner is currently a Partner in the Commercial and IP department at Napthens LLP, where they lead a team providing a variety of services, with a particular focus on GDPR compliance. Previously, Jon held positions including Legal Director for Europe, the Middle East, and India at Wyndham Destination Network, and Commercial Counsel at The Cooperative Group, where they managed significant legal projects and advised on high-value contracts. With a foundational education in law from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Master's degree from Oxford University, Jon has extensive experience in commercial and compliance law. They have been recognized as a Leading Individual in their field and have worked with notable organizations such as Eversheds and DLA Piper.
