Keith Melling

Keith Melling is the Head of the Corporate Department at Napthens LLP, where they have led the team since 2009, significantly growing the department and enhancing client services. With extensive experience advising FTSE 250 companies, Keith specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and various commercial legal matters. They earned recognition as North West Insider Lancashire Corporate Lawyer of the Year and have been noted as a leading individual in the Legal 500. Prior to Napthens, Keith served as a Partner at DWF and was an Associate at Addleshaw Goddard. Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Durham.
