Stephen Bell

Stephen Bell is a Commercial Property Partner at Napthens LLP, where they offer approachable and experienced legal advice on property matters. Since joining Napthens in 2014, they have specialized in corporate support, residential and commercial development, and landlord-tenant issues, serving both local and national clients. Before their current role, Stephen held positions at Kippax Beaumont Lewis Solicitors and Healds Solicitors, accumulating extensive experience in the field. Stephen also served as a Non-Executive Director at the UKH Foundation from 2017 to 2019, contributing to the charitable organization while maintaining a commitment to community service. They hold an LLB and LLM in Law and Environmental Law from the University of Central Lancashire, complemented by completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (Chester).
