Randy Stever has extensive experience in production and machine shop management, beginning with a role as Production Supervisor at Tactronics from October 2000 to June 2006. After transitioning to Koehler Instrument, Randy held the same title until February 2011, when a position as Production Manager at Sulzer was taken until February 2015. Randy then resumed machine shop management at L3 Narda-ATM from February 2015 to December 2022 and at L3Harris Narda-MITEQ from July 2019 to December 2022. Currently, Randy serves as Machine Shop Manager at Narda-MITEQ, a role held since December 2021.
