Dan Nardello

Dan Nardello is the CEO and founder of Nardello & Co. They lead the firm and oversee services including due diligence, anti-corruption and fraud investigations, litigation and arbitration support, asset tracing, intelligence, digital investigations, monitorships and compliance. They previously served as an Assistant US Attorney in the Criminal Division SDNY from 1987 to 1994, and as an Associate Attorney at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP from 1983 to 1987. They were Head of International Operations and Principal at Decision Strategies LLC from 1994 to 2003, establishing the firm's first international offices in Rome and later London. They earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law (1981-1983) and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University (1975-1979).
