Joseph Thompson

Joseph Thompson has over 29 years of experience in law enforcement and drug enforcement. From January 1999 to October 2023, Joseph served with the Drug Enforcement Administration, holding the position of Country Attaché for Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, and the Central African Republic from October 2020 to October 2023. Prior roles included Supervisory Special Agent for the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Assistant Country Attaché in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Joseph began his career with the New York City Police Department as an undercover officer in the Organized Crime Control Bureau and served in the 24th Precinct. Currently, Joseph is Managing Director at Nardello & Co., starting in October 2023. Joseph holds a degree in American Studies from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, earned in 1992.
