First Nations across Canada are at a turning point.

Jurisdiction over child and family services. Food sovereignty programs that actually feed communities. Governance structures built for the next generation. The priorities are clear. The challenge is turning them into systems that work — funded, structured, and operational.

That's what Naroh does.

We are a First Nations consulting firm based in British Columbia. We work directly alongside leadership, administrators, and community teams to design and implement the systems behind self-determination, not just the plans, but the execution.

Our work includes:

→ Child & Family Services jurisdiction development (C-92) from readiness assessment through framework design, governance structure, coordination agreements, and implementation roadmap

→ Food sovereignty program development: community food banks, food access strategies, supply partnerships, and ongoing operational support

→ Strategic and governance planning: multi-year strategic plans, governance frameworks, and organizational design built around community values

→ Funding strategy and grant writing: identifying, applying for, and managing multi-source funding across federal, provincial, and Indigenous funding bodies

→ Program design and implementation — end-to-end support from concept through to day-to-day operations

We don't deliver reports and disappear. We build systems that still function after we leave, because that's the only kind of consulting that actually serves communities.

Based in BC. Working across Canada.
