We are a precision engineering company specializing in the design and manufacturing of Electromagnetic Clutches, Brakes, and Solenoids for high-performance applications in machine tools, electric vehicles (EVs), and energy systems.

Our legacy in motion control systems, backed by in-house R&D, machining, and quality assurance, has made us a trusted partner to OEMs across industries. Today, we’re expanding our reach into EV drivetrains, charging systems, and battery energy storage with proven components like:

    • Single Disc and Multi Disc Clutches
    • Toothed and Mechanical Clutches
    • Push-Pull Type Solenoids (ideal for EV latching systems)

But we don’t stop at components.

Through our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, we partner with global companies to establish turnkey manufacturing operations aligned with their product and growth strategies.

Our BOT offering includes:

    • Market feasibility and business case validation
    • Location selection, infrastructure development, and facility setup
    • Legal compliance and regulatory management
    • Full operational support and resource planning
    • Structured transfer of operations to joint venture partners

Whether you're looking to source precision components or build manufacturing capabilities from the ground up, we offer the expertise, execution, and ecosystem to help you succeed.
