Lakia Won is a Senior Product Designer with over 8 years of experience in UX strategy, service design, and systems thinking. They have worked with multiple companies, including Shopify and Correlation One, where they designed scalable solutions for various products and platforms, such as real estate and talent systems. Previously, they led the design of Canada Post’s B2B mailing product and developed the Canada Post Design System. Lakia holds an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from George Brown College and continues to thrive in cross-functional teams, focusing on user-centered design and continuous learning.
