Nick Baker

Nick Baker is an experienced product management leader currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Narvar, where the focus is on enhancing consumer delivery and return experiences. In addition, Baker is an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, teaching product management to graduate students. Significant prior roles include co-founding Pathfinder Product Labs, a consultancy aimed at strengthening product management practices, and serving as Senior Manager of Product Management at Gap Inc., overseeing technology capabilities in logistics. With a career progressing through various positions at Life Fitness, PwC, DoubleMap, and other organizations, Baker has acquired a robust expertise in IT strategy, product development, and educational instruction. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana University.
