Joy Mahon, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPTM, CPSP, has extensive experience in benefits and wellness management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Benefits and Pay Services at NASCAR since March 2007. Joy has held several positions at NASCAR, moving from Benefits Coordinator to Sr. Director in the Benefits and Wellness division. Prior to joining NASCAR, Joy worked as a Personnel Coordinator at KTRE from June 2003 to January 2007. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Houston.
