David Barron

David Barron has been Chief Financial Officer for several operating companies acquired / owned by well-known private equity firms. Dave oversaw the Finance, Accounting, IT, Treasury, Purchasing, and Risk Management functions and has extensive experience with company acquisitions and mergers, leading the integration of the accounting, finance, treasury, and business systems into the fold. During the last twenty- five (25) years, Dave has been involved in successfully completing thirty-five (35) acquisitions / divestitures, with companies ranging from $5MM revenue to more than $1BB revenue.

Dave previously held the positions of CFO and CIO working for multi-national companies. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts Accounting degree from Rowan University and an MBA Finance from Seton Hall University and is a member of the AICPA and the CFO Leadership Council.
