Ann-Mari Uddmäre is an experienced leader with over 28 years of audit expertise in the banking, capital markets, and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Internal Audit for NASDAQ, Ann-Mari is responsible for operational and integrated technology audits across European markets and international operations. Ann-Mari has held various roles in auditing, including IT auditor positions at OMX and Handelsbanken, and has also contributed as Vice Chairman of the ISACA Sweden Chapter. With an educational background in IT/IS security and ongoing studies in Business Administration and Management, Ann-Mari is committed to lifelong learning and professional development.
