Erika Spence

Erika Spence is currently the Head of ESG Data at Nasdaq, where they are responsible for building a centralized data utility for the Capital Access Platforms division and optimizing governance rules around ESG data. Previously, they served as the AVP of Data Strategy & Operations at Nasdaq, overseeing data strategy for the Analytics business. Erika held the position of Senior Director of Data Strategy & Operations at eVestment, where they shaped data strategies for alternative investment markets. Their earlier experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Cambridge Associates, managing capital markets research deliverables, and as Staff Accountant at JLL Management, Inc. Erika earned a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
