H. Jay Miller is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at The Nasdaq Stock Market, a position held since 1987. With extensive experience in the financial services industry, they specialize in regulatory compliance, investor relations, and corporate governance. Prior to their current role, they served as a commissioned officer in the US Army from 1984 to 2001, notably participating in an international task force in Bosnia. H. Jay Miller is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communications at Fitchburg State University, graduating cum laude.
