Joan Conley

Joan C. Conley is a seasoned expert in Corporate Governance, Corporate Compliance, and Human Capital Management, boasting over 35 years of leadership experience in the financial sector. Joan served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Nasdaq, from 2001 to 2020, after holding the role of Vice President of Human Resources at NASD. Currently, Joan is a Senior Advisor on Corporate Governance & ESG Programs at Nasdaq and an Independent Director at Tigo Energy, where they chair the Nominating & Governance Committee. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Media Studies and Economics from Dominican University, they have also been recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Corporate Governance. Joan actively contributes to various boards and mentorship initiatives in the nonprofit sector.
