Karolina V is a seasoned professional in Third Party Risk, Compliance, and Sustainability. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Third Party Risk Management at Nasdaq since 2025, they previously held the role of Senior Compliance Officer in a freelance capacity from 2021 to 2025. Karolina gained foundational experience as an intern at the International Federation for Human Rights in 2015-2016 and later worked as a Programme Manager at ISM University of Management and Economics from 2016 to 2017.
