Michael Nolte

Michael Nolte is the Head of Protective Security at Nasdaq Stockholm, where they organize and maintain protective security in compliance with Swedish law. Previously, Michael held various roles at Nasdaq, including Chief Technology Officer and Head of Clearing and Settlement Derivatives Markets, managing teams and overseeing critical operational functions. Michael began their career in customer service at Skandiabanken, later transitioning to Nasdaq, where they gained extensive experience in clearing, settlement, and risk management. Currently, Michael is pursuing a degree in Protective Security Management.
