Mohit Kapur

Mohit Kapur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology audit, currently serving as the Global Head of Technology Audit at Nasdaq since July 2025. Prior to this role, Mohit held the position of Vice President-Head of Technology Audit (Global) at EXL from June 2021 to July 2025, and served as Vice President at Bank of America from May 2015 to May 2021, where responsibilities included a focus on technology audit and regional leadership in South West Asia. Additional experience includes managerial and consulting roles at UnitedHealth Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Fidelity Investments, as well as foundational technical work at InterraIT and Hero Corporate Services. Mohit holds a degree in Regulatory Risk Management from the University of Manchester and an MCA in Computer Applications from the Institute of Management and Technology.
