Niklas Ramstedt is currently the Co-Head of Legal for Nasdaq Europe and has held several senior legal positions within the organization, including Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate Vice President, Head of Legal for European Listings, Fixed Income, and Equity Derivatives. Prior to joining Nasdaq, they worked as a paralegal at the Carlsberg Group and as a financial advisor at Swedbank. Niklas also gained valuable experience as a surveillance intern at Nasdaq and completed a summer trainee position at Grönberg Gunnard Advokatbyrå. They hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a degree in Business Administration from Uppsala universitet. Niklas has served as a Board Member for Nasdaq Oslo ASA since 2025.
