Olena Sviatenko

Olena Sviatenko is a seasoned technology leader with over 14 years of experience in regulatory reporting and application development. They began their career as a Teacher-probationer at Kharkiv National University of Economics before moving on to various roles at AxiomSL, ultimately becoming a Project Coordinator for EMEA and APAC Regulatory Reporting. After serving as a Director at Adenza, Olena currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Nasdaq, where they continue to lead teams and develop innovative fintech solutions. Olena obtained a Master's degree in Informational Technologies from Kharkiv National University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu.
