Samuel Friedman

Samuel Friedman is a financial restructuring expert currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Privately-Held Companies Advisory Services at NASDAQ. With extensive experience in out-of-court restructuring, recapitalization, and divestitures, Samuel advises a variety of large sovereign, private equity, and hedge funds on acquiring privately-held companies.
