Tony Tate CDCMP

Tony Tate is a seasoned Real Estate and Facilities Professional Manager with over 20 years of experience in lease negotiations, facility management, and data center operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director and Global Head of Facilities Management and Critical Environments at Nasdaq, Tony is responsible for the management of critical environments and facilities across the Americas. Previously, Tony held a senior management role at hibu, overseeing a national portfolio of over 100 offices and two corporate data centers. With a strong focus on operational excellence, Tony has directed successful projects such as a major office consolidation and the commissioning of a high-capacity Data Center. Tony holds multiple certifications, including CNET CDCMP and AEE CBCP, and earned a BS in Earth Sciences from Penn State University.
