Xander Dailey recently graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management and Technology, alongside a minor in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises. From 2018 to 2019, Xander interned at Fidelity Investments, leading a team to develop an AI tool for customer retention and winning first place in a presentation to senior management. Xander continued to gain experience at Nasdaq from 2021 to 2026 as a Senior ESG & Sustainability Advisory Analyst, having earlier served as an ESG & Sustainability Advisory Analyst and Financial Operations Analyst. Currently, Xander is a Business Development Advisor at Green Horizon Partners LLC, where they have sourced over 170 climate tech startups and identified strategic opportunities in the ESG sector.
