Jayna Johns

Jayna Johns is an experienced IT Project Specialist currently employed at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading IT requirements and supervising web development initiatives, as well as orchestrating a quality assurance program. Prior to this, Jayna served as Operations Manager at Pizzazzy Foods, Inc., focusing on system integration and vendor relationships, and held the role of Manager, eCommerce Projects at Healthy Directions, managing the company's e-commerce platform utilizing Agile methodology. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate in Product Management at Healthy Directions and a Creative Consultant at Shareability. Jayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Communications from Washington and Lee University.
