Content and Training

The Content and Training team at NASFAA is responsible for developing and delivering educational programs, instructional materials, and training sessions designed to enhance the professional skills of financial aid administrators. They create, update, and present NASFAA U courses and other training resources, ensuring members are well-versed in current student aid legislation and best practices. This team works collaboratively to produce high-quality content that supports the professional development and compliance of financial aid professionals nationwide.
