Patrick Stubbs

Patrick Stubbs has a strong background in finance and strategy. Patrick'smost recent role was as the Head of Finance & Strategy at Nash since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Zendrive from June 2020 to May 2022. Patrick also gained extensive experience at NCC, where they held the position of SVP Finance & Corporate Development from September 2016 to May 2020. At NCC, they led various teams and contributed to significant company growth, raising over $100 million in multiple debt and equity rounds and preparing the company for a SPAC in 2019. Before joining NCC, Patrick worked at Credit Suisse, where they served as a Vice President in Technology Investment Banking from 2012 to 2016 and as an Associate in Financial Sponsors from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets/Mergers and Acquisitions at ABN AMRO from 2007 to 2009.

Patrick Stubbs completed their education at two different universities. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the University of Sydney and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) degree with a focus on Finance. Following that, in 2006 to 2007, they participated in the Erasmus Program at Maastricht University, specializing in International Finance.
