Joanna MacLeod

Joanna Macleod serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at IQ-EQ and a Non-Executive Director at Harvey Nash Group, both positions held since 2021. Prior to these roles, Joanna had a significant tenure at American Express Global Business Travel from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading the £411 million acquisition integration of Hogg Robinson Group and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Joanna's extensive career spans various leadership positions, including Vice President of EMEA Customer Operations at American Express, Chief Operating Officer at Sitel, and Head of Customer Service EMEA at Dell, among others. With an educational background that includes an MBA from the University of Canterbury and a Corporate Director Program from Harvard Business School, Joanna is a chartered accountant and has been recognized for outstanding performance in enhancing customer experience and driving operational efficiencies.
