Richard Ramos is an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager with over two decades in various support roles. Currently serving as the Nash Squared IT Helpdesk Manager since January 2001, Richard oversees a support team catering to more than 900 global clients for Harvey Nash PLC, a prominent recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing provider. Previously, Richard held the position of Support Manager at TechPartners from 1999 to 2001, managing IT operations in the UK, and before that, led the Support Division at Computer People St Albans Branch, establishing the administration team. Richard holds a BA Hons in Business & Finance with technology from London Metropolitan University and a Btec HND in the same field from Hammersmith and West London College.
