Dr. Upmith Singh currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at SSC nasscom, where responsibilities include heading strategy and operations and leading the FutureSkills Prime project since February 2021. Previously, Dr. Singh held significant roles at Government e Marketplace (GeM) from September 2017 to February 2021, including Head Marketplace Health and Head Program Management. At NISG, Dr. Singh worked as Deputy General Manager, Consulting, with notable assignments such as implementing a Comprehensive Financial Management System in Bihar. Earlier experiences include positions as Senior Consultant at Deloitte and PwC, focusing on performance incentives and process optimization, respectively, and an Associate Consultant at Cognizant. Dr. Singh holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and is pursuing a PhD in eGovernance from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, along with a B.Tech in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
