Natalie Cramer has held various leadership roles at NASTAD, including Deputy Executive Director and Senior Director of Prevention/Care Program & Policy, from 2021. They began their career with positions at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where they served as Policy and Program Analyst and Research Analyst, among others. Natalie has also worked as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau and interned with Mujeres Unidas Contra el SIDA and The Salvation Army. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Bates College and a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.
