Carolyn Hook

Carolyn Hook is an experienced professional in membership outreach and communications, currently serving as the Membership Outreach & Database Manager for the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) since December 2018. In this role, Carolyn manages recruitment and retention strategies, executes award programs, and oversees database management, including a significant transition from MS Dynamics to Impexium. Previously, as an Independent Consultant from November 2017 to December 2018, Carolyn provided communication and administrative support for Peace Ministries, Inc. During a long tenure at the New Jersey Society of CPAs from September 1989 to May 2017, Carolyn held the position of Director of Membership/Engagement, managing various programs and committees focused on member recruitment and engagement. Carolyn's early career includes serving as an Editorial Assistant at Prentice Hall. Carolyn holds a B.A. in English/Writing & Secondary Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
