Michael Beck

Michael Beck has work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2019 to present, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Nasuni, a leading hybrid cloud storage solution company. In this role, they managed recruitment processes and implemented strategies to improve efficiency and flexibility without disrupting workflows. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2018, they served as the Recruitment Practice Lead at Talent Fusion™ by Monster, where they successfully developed recruitment solutions and achieved customer satisfaction by reducing costs per hire, improving quality, and decreasing time-to-fill positions. Before that, from 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Symphony Teleca, generating new business logos and managing recruitment for internal STG Portfolio Companies, contributing to a significant increase in revenue.

Michael Beck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College and a High School Diploma from Boston College High School.
