Amber Viescas

Amber Viescas is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in IT support and education. Currently serving as a Help Desk Technician at the National Association of Social Workers since September 2021, Amber diagnoses and resolves various organizational technology-related issues. Previous roles include providing technical assistance as the Arts and Sciences IT Coordinator at Villanova University, tutoring computer science, and developing instructional materials as a graphic designer. Additional experience encompasses technical writing for Demand Studios and working as a contracting support expert. Amber holds an MBA in Information Technology and an MS in Computer Software Engineering from Villanova University, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Japanese from Swarthmore College.
