Maxime Vallot has worked in several roles in the beverage industry since 2015. Maxime began their career as an Asistant Brewer and Waiter at Fábrica Maravillas in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Duvel Moortgat Brand Ambassador at Duvel Moortgat. In 2019, they became Sales Manager Central Spain at Duvel Moortgat España, and also took on a Sales Representative Madrid - Direct Sales role at LA SAGRA Cerveza Premium. Most recently, in 2021, they became International Business Development Manager - Feed Division at Natac.
Maxime Vallot received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Maastricht University between 2011 and 2014. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone® Certification Program. In 2019, they completed an International Marketing and Cross Industry Growth course from Yonsei University. In 2020, they completed an Online Course in Beer: The Science of Brewing from KU Leuven and obtained certifications in The Science of Beer from Wageningen University & Research, Road To Cicerone: American Styles,Belgian Styles,British and Irish Styles, German Styles, Ingredients and Process, Keeping and Serving specialist from the Cicerone® Certification Program, and The Many Flavors of Fermentation from White Labs Inc.
