Yossi "Joe" Pollak has extensive experience in workshop facilitation and leadership development. Currently serving as a Workshop Facilitator at NATAL since 2014, Pollak also holds a position as an Instructor and Facilitator with the Israel Defense Forces, focusing on leadership and decision-making programs since January 2005. Pollak's professional background includes self-employment as a workshop facilitator since 2004, as well as roles at Milestone and the Momentum Program, where responsibilities spanned facilitation, content and training direction, and program direction. Earlier experience includes working as a GIS analyst at SPNI from 2006 to 2009. Academically, Pollak holds a Master’s degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Cartography from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, supplemented by training at the "ZIPORI" Group Facilitators Training Institute in Jerusalem.
