Welcome to Natalie Kniese, where we believe in the extraordinary power of effective communication!

Our goal is to empower individuals and organisations, enabling them to become effective communicators, unlocking the pathways to success and personal growth.

We’ve been on a mission for the past 3 years to shape futures, one speaker at a time. Our founder, Natalie, brings 17 years of experience in public speaking, TV hosting, and entrepreneurship, drawing upon a variety of real-world scenarios. Her journey from interviewing global superstars to closing deals with the likes of Christian Dior, Royal Bank of Canada, and W Hotels was fueled by the communication skills we now impart to our clients. This translates into teachings that are highly relevant and applicable to the challenges your team faces in their daily communication endeavours.

What makes us different?

Holistic Approach: Our training philosophy goes beyond simply imparting speaking techniques. We integrate emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and psychology into communication for personal growth.

Interactive Sessions: Sessions are designed to be entertaining, and dynamic, incorporating role plays, group activities, and interactive discussions that keep you actively engaged.

Customised  Curriculum: No two clients are the same. We pride ourselves on creating bespoke training plans to align with your team's goals.

Sustainable Skills: Through ongoing support, follow-up sessions, and personalised feedback, we ensure that the skills learned are consistently practised and refined over time making a lasting impact.

Confidence Building: We focus on building your self-assurance, helping you embrace your unique voice and communication style to communicate with authenticity and charisma.

Whether you're a seasoned speaker looking to polish your skills or someone who's ready to take their first step towards assertive communication, we're here to support you. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.
