Charlène Prigent

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, where expertise in clinical documentation and leadership in care plans and patient bedside education are key responsibilities. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application was a significant contribution. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Business Consultant focused on modeling clinical concepts for Kaiser Permanente's Convergent Medical Terminology and serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Charlene holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
