In 2011 I co-founded Employee Matters when I realised there was a gap in the market where SMEs needed to outsource HR expertise when, and only when, they needed it. I could see the frustrations, time wasted and trouble SMEs were getting into and that many were not fully utilising their employee resources to get maximum productivity.

Since then Employee Matters has grown to be a national business that’s helped 100s of other businesses achieve success through their people. A finalist in the 2023 Telstra Best of Business Awards, we have consistently grown our revenue double-digit YOY since 2014.

As a speaker I have enjoyed sharing practical and relatable insights on a diverse range of HR and recruitment topics with 1,000s of businesses at conferences across Australia, NZ, the Philippines, the US, France, India and the UK.

I have published an Amazon Best Seller book — From Hire to Fire & Everything in Between.  A finalist in the Australian Best Business Book Awards, stocked in Dymocks and selling all over the world, people say this book is their ‘reference book that helps HR make sense to them.’
