Toby has enjoyed a varied and eclectic career. He set out as a comedian, wrote acclaimed plays starring future Oscar winners, worked on award-winning TV programmes and took portraits of Hollywood royalty before retraining as a designer and becoming a business owner. Creativity and storytelling have always been at the heart of everything he does.

Believing that a strong narrative should be central to every business strategy, Toby uses a combination of his dramatic expertise and business and design experience to support organisations that want to sharpen their purpose and inject more personality into their brand.
