Justin Lim

Justin Lim is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and product development. As a Senior Project Manager at Natech Plastics, Inc. since July 2023, Justin continues to leverage a solid background that includes serving as the Director of Engineering - Mechanical and Industrial at Steinway & Sons, where leadership encompassed global engineering teams and oversight of significant product lines. Prior mechanical engineering roles at both Melissa & Doug, LLC and Steinway & Sons involved collaboration on product development and lifecycle management. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Engineer at SONNEMAN® and a Project Engineer at MEP HVAC, contributing to both product innovation and project execution. Justin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John's University.
