Julia Kudlińska started their work experience in 2018 at ABP, where they served as a Junior Accountant. In this role, they were responsible for issuing and posting invoices in the sales area, as well as conducting reporting and analysis of revenues and expenses. Julia then became self-employed in 2016, handling invoicing, wholesale and retail, and negotiation tasks until 2022. In 2022, they joined NATEK as an IT Researcher, and later transitioned to the role of Junior IT Recruiter in 2023. As a Junior IT Recruiter, they have been responsible for building sourcing strategies for assignment recruitment projects, conducting recruitment interviews, and coordinating technical tests.
Julia Kudlińska pursued their education at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
