Ben Chen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager in Oncology, Organ & Women's Health at Natera since March 2025, Ben previously held the position of Group Engineering Manager at GrowthProof, where significant achievements included scaling a SaaS product for remote online notarization and fostering tenfold business growth. Prior to that, Ben spent a decade at IBM as Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing the transformation of Financial Performance Management software into IBM Planning Analytics, while earlier experience included key roles at Applix and Lawson Software.
