Bo Ding

Bo Ding is currently the Bioinformatician Lead at Natera, a position held since 2025. Previously, Bo served as a Sr. Staff Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2021 to 2025, where they led projects in algorithm development, bioinformatics, and customer collaboration. Bo also held roles as a Scientist III and Staff Scientist, contributing to the development of high-precision mutation detection platforms and bioinformatics pipelines. Prior to their industry experience, Bo completed a PhD at the University of Science and Technology of China and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California, San Diego, focusing on chromosome structure and machine learning applications in drug screening.
