Chenlu Hou

Chenlu Hou currently serves as the Director of R&D at Natera, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Chenlu was with GRAIL from March 2016 to November 2024, where advancements in multi-cancer early detection tests were achieved through leadership in assay development and optimization as well as team management. Chenlu's scientific career includes significant contributions at Illumina, McKinsey & Company, and various research roles at the University of California, Berkeley, including a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
